I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Brydens Lawyers in Liverpool. From the very start, the process surrounding the “plan to move forward” was handled poorly. Despite repeatedly stressing the urgency of my situation, I had to follow up multiple times for basic information, which did nothing to instill confidence that my issue would be resolved in time.
