Worst customer service I've ever experienced. It took 13 weeks & 2 days from deposit to completion. 2 x roller blinds were installed in a timely manner, the large pull up blind took 5 weeks (promised 3 weeks) to manufacture. Brendan arrived to install it, was the wrong colour! Lucky we were home or he would have installed it regardless. Waited 5 more weeks for the right colour blind to be manufactured. Blind got installed but not completed, had to chase them yet again to return to finish, ironically only a 1/2 hour job. The ... read more
Excellent product at a very reasonable price. Installers are very friendly.
I think this business has been sold and now the new person is unreliable. Over promises and under delivers. Bad communication.
