If you are looking for a TRUE HONEST shop, who aren't going to take advantage and charge you some crazy amount, I highly suggest getting your vehicle in to this shop! I am so impressed with the communication, the work and the interaction with everyone I talked with. We have been taking our vehicles to Bryce’s shop for years. They are honest and I trust them completely. We purchased a rebranded title car from them (there is always risk in rebranded titles) it turned out the car was a lemon. They went above and beyond to make things right.
Every experience we have had working with the Tolmans specifically (Bryce & Jake) has been nothing short of amazing. They are honest in their work and their prices can’t be beat. Truly some of the kindest people you will meet. They are so great at what they do. We wouldn’t use anyone else. 10/10 recommend them.
My daughter and I, unfortunately, had a terrible experience here. Please skip to the last paragraph if you just want a synopsis. My young daughter took her car in for a simple tire sensor replacement. The cost should have been less than $200. They tried to charge her $400 so she decided to take it somewhere else. They called her several times trying to talk her into having them do it. Those phone calls were quite odd so I went with her to pick it up. Don’t know how they have five stars. Probably because they delete comments and reviews. They lie about prices and charge you for things that they didn’t actually do. They try to gaslight you and say “you told me to do _ said thing” and you know for a fact you didn’t. They harass you, yell at you in front of other staff, they called my father an idiot.
