This hotel charged my credit card $700+ through a reservation made on hotels.com even though it was cancelled well before the deadline. I have tried calling their phone number over 30 times the past three weeks and no one ever answers. Do not trust this property or stay here.
Not very well explained ,to get the key need to go across the street to a different name hotel , no WiFi on the area and no password link in the room, need to ask to the people on the front desk , room was clean for sure ! A strong smell of pinesol! The bed was comfortable, we did close the AC because it was very noisy! And a continental breakfast was included
Comme Melany, qui est passée dans ce MOTEL en juillet 2025, nous voilà arrivés à notre tour ! Après avoir lu son avis nous priions🙏 pour ne pas avoir le chalet 18....et devine OUI ,OUI sur tous les chalets inoccupés en ce 13 septembre 25 on nous donne la CLEF 18 !!!!!!! Bingo ! Le mobilier sympa et typique. Le lit comme chez ma grand mère très haut et pas large ! Et de plus ne pas bouger d'un cil car l'autre ne ferme pas l'oeil de la nuit un bruit irréel ? Le frigo ? Wij hebben het familie appartement geboekt. Blijkt een volledige woning te zijn! Helemaal voor onszelf. Bijzondere aardige dame bij de check in. Woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Volledige keuken, was-, afwas- en droogmachine aanwezig. Grote lekkere bedden en alles keurig schoon en onderhouden. Zelfs een carport aanwezig.
Lodges sind sehr nahe dem Bryce Valley. Lage ist sehr gut, direkt neben an befindet sich ein Supermarkt. In unserer Lodge hat leider der Hauptlichtschalter und der Ventilator nicht funktioniert. Die Ausstattung der Lodges ist verbesserungswürdig. In unserem Badezimmer war leider alles voll mit Ameisen, ansonsten war es recht sauber.
