Tried getting in touch with this company many times to adjust my booking. Never answered me. Took them a month to answer expedia, which lead to them not allowing the change. Terrible customer service, wasted a month calling them and leaving voicemails with no response just for them to not allow a change.

To be clear: I did not stay here. These are issues prior. I had a trip booked for August through expedia. A situation occurred with my family, resulting in the need to change the dates by 2 days (which they had availability for). I spent OVER A MONTH trying to get in contact with them, calling and leaving voicemails. No response. Expedia did the same. We booked this place last minute because of the weather...we were originally camping in Bryce Canyon NP. We were thankful to have the option of being inside during 40mph wind gusts and heavy sideways rain and snow. The staff were friendly and the check in process was easy. The room was mostly fine, but the door was crooked and hard to open. There were spaces in the door frame where you could literally see and hear outside and the door was crooked so it would scrape the floor as it opened. Stained sheets, defective light switches with no smoke detector, balls of hair on the floor the beds haven’t been cleaned under since 1890 , noisy air conditioning fan , mattress box springs that would wake up the neighbors every time you rolled over , the list goes on not going back there again wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I liked

This hotel charged my credit card $700+ through a reservation made on hotels.com even though it was cancelled well before the deadline. I have tried calling their phone number over 30 times the past three weeks and no one ever answers. Do not trust this property or stay here.
