Do not stay here. 1. They do not change the sheets and bedding in between guest stays. You sleep in dirty sheets from previous guest. We found an ankle brace in the sheets. There was previous guest hair all over pillows and sheets. 2.the toilet was covered in old urine and super gross. We ended up wiping and cleaning it. 3. There was a short causing the light to turn on multiple times in middle of the night. 4. Overall very dirty and they do not clean the rooms or sweep them. Très beau mini chalet individuel, la déco est superbe, l'ambiance rustique. Le lit est magnifique. Chacun possède sa propre place de parking (à gauche de chaque chalet). Équipements dispo : frigo, micro-ondes, sèche-cheveux, cafetière, climatisation. Points négatifs : Le frigo fait un bruit du diable lorsqu'il s'active et se désactive, c'est-à-dire toutes les 10mn. Good location, room was OK but our stay was awful. Heater quit working shortly after we arrived and when we tried to restart the heater it sounded like a jackhammer. Even if it worked, there was no way anyone could sleep with all the noise. Room was freezing and there were no blankets other than the thin bedspread, so overall a miserable night.
Bryce Valley Lodging is a very nice place to stay if you are planning a trip in the area. The cabin was perfect and very comfortable. Everything worked great and it was a very quiet location. The price of the cabin was not too expensive either. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions without any problems. Anytime we go back to the area we will stay at Bryce Valley Lodging.
