I will gladly leave a lousy review. I am now on a fixed income. I have had my homeowners policy for 50 years without one claim, not one late payment, all to have my payment double because lord help any of us if we have z claim. What is insurance for? Be making. The coming rich. I've paid over a million dollars homeowners alone. No different than healthcare. Society wonders why insurance companies have huge bottom lines. This is their loyalty to customers which amountd to zero!

If I could leave zero stars I would. When my son's car popped out of gear while parked it slid backward and barely scrached another car...a scrape that could have been buffed out. They made false claims around 10,000 in damage and Alstate claims department went with that also claiming my son was driving and in the car when that was not the case...he was in his dorm room. Although the police came out, the owner said it's fine and don't worry about it...so no police report was created. 3 months later they made a false claim. B... read more

I recognize that the insurance market in CA is a mess. I have been with Allstate for 40 years. Had great service with this office for the a long time. However tremendous turnover in the office since change of "ownership" a few years ago. Very slow responses. Horrible answering service, was disconnected multiple times on attempt to transfer.
