So I waited a while to post this review, but it has been almost 9 months from my daughter's knee surgery so here goes. I have read through the 1 star reviews for Dr. Fincham and I find it difficult to understand that they are describing the same doctor that my daughter had. My daughter tore her ACL in a field hockey game last September. We didn't realize it was torn as she could still walk on it and she never heard the 'pop'. Dr.fincham and staff are excellent love this office
My experience with Fincham this morning was so concerning, that I felt I should submit a review to dissuade others from seeking "care" from him. Firstly, I saw a resident who was very kind. He did my initial exam and consultation, even showing me exercises I could use to strengthen my knee. Afterward, I was left waiting in the exam room for approximately 20 minutes until Fincham came in. Knee replacement 12/22, I knee something was off (therapist agreed). He never took it serious, told me, maybe it's as good as it gets for you. Knee revision 4/24 by a new amazing doctor and now 100% better. Knee cap resurfacing and too loose of a fit. I visited 3 seperate doctors after the replacement, they all said the samething. Bad part, I needed to wait a year. Do your research on any doctor prior, I did not and would have made a different decision had I.
