My 85 y/o widowed grandmother's taxes were dropped off to be done in March. On Tax Day, April 18, we still had not been called saying they were ready. We called them and were told he and his staff were on vacation until May 1 due to stress. It is now May 22 and they are still not done. They have not offered us ANY communication. This has caused my grandmother unneeded stress that is taking a toll on her physically and mentally.
