One of their trucks pulled out with an oversized load. A rock flew off and cracked my windshield. When I called to see if they would cover this, I was told by accociate dispatcher and the dispatch manager that this was a "road hazard" and out of their control. I was then transfered to the GM who was not willing to discuss the load check processes to ensure load safety. Pretty bad business
