If you're wanting to visit Bryce Canyon National Park, this makes a great base. Good size rooms, ample parking, friendly staff and really quiet location. Good price, too. So recommended!

This is a solid option if you plan to visit Bryce Canyon, the hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the park. The rooms feel clean but are dated - the mattresses are soft, the carpet could use a deep clean and the table in our room was not stable. There was a time when the hot water ran out, so we needed to wait an hour for it to come back. Again, this is a good solid option in Bryce, and it has a really great restaurant!

Small room, minimal working outside lights(used our phone light to ID room numbers)... dripping noise in ceiling (2ndfloor room), bathroom fan/heater didn't work, toilet & tissue paper very rough and cast iron headboard hit against wall everytime you get in and out of the bed....loud AC unit....hard mattress w/ small pillows.... sorry, not a lot of positive here

Hotel service was unresponsive both by phone and email, calls and messages were not answered. When we complained during checkout we were offered a 15% discount which we accepted but after some time it doesn’t feel like this stay was worth the $70+ that we still paid. ... read more

Lovely rooms, very clean and well maintained in a safe complex close to the park. Visited in the spring when some of the on-site amenities, like laundry, were unfortunately not open yet. But otherwise excellent value.
