This place has been so good to us. New management is responsive, helpful, and very friendly. We have had 0 issues with neighbors, there is very little noise in our building, and have never even had any minor concerns with theft or feeling unsafe. I’ve literally left my keys in my door multiple times and MULTIPLE DIFFERENT NEIGHBORS have stopped to let me know.

This last review is blown out of proportion. The owners are super receptive to all work orders and suggestions. It’s clean and pleasant. We’ve lived here for 8 years without incident. Quiet residence. We’ll NEVER move. The former manager is no longer employed here.

I had a review here after I escaped this dumpster fire, but guess it got removed. So here’s a quick recap of my experiences living here: When touring the building, Melissa was asked why the outside doors weren’t locked. Her response? “It’s Maple Plain.” When I had ordered something online, I got an “attempted delivery” notification. I was home all day and no one had come to my door.
