Dropped a mower off on a Monday and they told me they would call with a repair estimate by Wednesday. Still hadn't called by friday and when I finally got a ring instead of a busy signal they told me they hadn't even gotten around to looking at it yet. No courtesy call or nothing on Wednesday aether they had an actual answer or not. So I would say the customer service was poor and I wont use their service again nor recommend them to friends and family
