Unfortunately, had to update my review. We had some miscommunication with timing and we weren’t made aware of other factors that could have affected it. When we brought up the issue, since we had already made arrangements based on the expectation given, rather than taking accountability and working around the situation, it was not handled professionally. Updating my good review from before. I recently had my electrical panel replaced by Cody’s company. I’ve used his services several times in the past and was always satisfied, until this job. The electrical work that Geoff completed looks fine so far, no complaints there. The issue was with how Cody, the owner, handled communication during the installation. Super pleased with the service I received yesterday. They were able to come out the same day ane fix the issues with our bathroom. The tech was great and super friendly. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.
