We have used them 2 years in a row! William is amazing! Wine, coffee, 2 dogs, a toddler, and my avid hunter / fisher husband who tracks all sorts of things in our house... is no match for William! I love the way my carpets look every time! You can't beat the price either! 3 bed, hallway, living room with high traffic walk-in for 100$... no brainer! We will be calling them next year! Thanks guys!!!!!
Well.. I had heard nothing but great things about your company, until I decided to use you today! My appointment was at 1, I get a phone call saying the guy won't be there till 2. Okay, fine I can deal with that.. but then he doesn't show up till after 3?! I only got a $15 discount for waiting over two hours, and was VERY unprofessional when he finally did arrive. You will not be getting a recommendation from me! Very disappointed!
