A person named Edselle Gumba cancelled all of my appointments with my therapist in retaliation for me not providing a cc on file after he or someone on his team failed to provide me with clear billing information re: two prior appointments with a psychiatrist at the practice. Callous treatment from start to finish. No receipt sent, no info on what the balance was or even that the doctor didn't accept Alma in the first place.
