Moved into a new home that had one of their security systems already installed. They refused to give master code which is understandable however, they will not fix your code or send a technician for less than 90- $125, takes less than 10 minutes to do. Extremely horrible customer service. I had called three times prior to this and was told a technician would come out but no one told me it would cost money and no technician ever showed or called back. I had these guys for years and would have kept them when I moved if the house wasn't previously wired by a competitor and required a complete re-wire. They are honest, and they even kept my service going when I forgot to pay the bill and let me pay late.

Purchased a recently remodeled house in McKinney that previously had one of their alarm systems according to the sticker on the panel. Due to the extensive remodeling, I requested an estimate on connecting everything and adding more sensors. They wanted $65 to come survey the house and let me know how much more they were going to charge me. Very interesting business model.
