The place had 8 people in it when I walked in for dinner. The sign at the door said seat yourself at a clean table. I did that. There were 2 girls talking behind the bar and doing absolutely nothing. It took 5 minutes for 1 of them to notice that I was waiting on service. I ordered everything that I wanted right then and there cause I thought this place might be the type of place that you may get ignored if you’re not a local. Food SMELLED great and environment looked & felt nice... BUT SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!!! My family (wife & 2 children) walked in at 130pm and sat down at table, was NOTICED/SEEN by staff, but sat at our table for 10min NEVER got waited on and watched 3 tables that walked in after us get service! NEVER WILL ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!! FOOD SMELLED GREAT.... BUT ACTUALLY NEED SERVICE TO TRY!! DO BETTER..... hungry family walks out of door after 10min of never getting service!
This restaurant was awesome. It's just off of I-80, in the strip mall called The Shops- behind the B.P. They have a solid menu. The waitress who served us was amazing and really friendly. The food came out fast and was high quality. After lunch, we had some car trouble and the staff and a local couple came out to help us get back on the road again, trying to jump our car and even pointed us to options in town to have our car looked at for repairs.
