Engaging with Bryant Restoration Manager has proven to be a profoundly disappointing experience, marked by an alarming absence of professionalism. The notion that providing an initial quote entitles a business to demand the full insurance payout, irrespective of any modifications to the service arrangement, is both presumptuous and ethically dubious. Unfortunately the WORST company I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I had to crawl in a moldy dumpster to get my belongings that they threw away like my SSN and tons of brand new video games, family photos, etc in the rain because they could not do their job themselves. All for them to drop out of the job because it was too much work to do the job correctly in the first place. Owner has absolutely no clue what is workers are doing and then acts rude and oblivious to the wrong doings his workers caused. DO NOT RECOMMEND
