Terrible experience. Employee that showed up complained that his boss forwarded his calls to his phone, which he was on the entire time. But the real weird situation was when as the property manager I asked for a copy of the estimate for the fire damage he needed an ok from the owner. Sewage backed up into 3 apartments, the laundry room, a storage room and an office. The crew got here within an hour of calling them and worked for hours straight until they got the job done!!! They are very friendly and don't mind answering any questions. I definitely recommend them. Their services are so appreciated!

I could not be more impressed with this business. I arrived home at 3:30am on July 4th after a long day of travel. Upon entering my home, water was coming from the ceiling and the upper floor was soaked. Bryant answered their phone at 4am on a holiday (amazing) and sent a crew out to handle the water remediation within a couple hours. I was shocked at their response. Bryant restoration went above and beyond with their services. The communication throughout the process was by far professional and always within a timely manner. Caleb did amazing work with the construction project and was always customer focused. Thank you for taking care of my parent’s property. I would give 10 stars!
