This is a horrible rental company. I recently booked Hooked on a Swordfish, a house that had a pool. Upon arrival one of the bathtubs had sand and dirt and had definitely not been cleaned, so they had to send the cleaner back out to clean it. The pool was absolutely disgusting. When I called to let them know, they said it wasn’t their responsibility, there was a third party vendor that cleans the pools and they were responsible. Rise & Shine Condo 1407 Carolina Beach Ave N. Carolina Beach Unit 5. The place was a filthy dump!!! Floors turned socks black, rugs had numerous sandspurs embedded in the rug, & two of them got in my dogs paw. Coffee maker did not work, master bath had mold, master bedroom door kept falling because hinges were loose and missing, refrigerator door shelf kept falling out. We rented the Bianchi, Unit 403 from April 2 -9, 2022. The property was perfect except for some “unknown” individual entering the unit when we were gone. The management company was unable to identify the individual because so many people have access. There was a complaint from the downstairs neighbor of a water leak coming from our rented unit. Improperly maintained fan crashed fright after turning it on. Bryant property management falsely claimed we didn’t report in time, then said we had no proof despite sending multiple pictures of the damage. Previously returning customer with years of rentals in the area, my family seek alternative options moving forward.
