Garbage scammer company with discriminatory practices
ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY We booked this place and did not receive any information on it for 12-24 hrs past the time we would be able to get a refund and cancel. We were never told what they supplied or did not until we got the agreement and we had to stay there or we would be out a lot of money. The place had cockroaches, no hand soap, no extra garbage bags, and now dish soap. We also had to make and un make our own beds. They charge a fee for cleaning so why do we have to take the garbage out and remove all linens and do... read more
I rented a property from Bryant Real Estate, a few days after i signed the rental agreement I need to change the date due to a work emergency. I asked them if I could move my rental by a week or two and I would rent more days, they said no! They said that I would forfeit 100% of the full rental payment I had paid in advance. We discovered a few weeks ago that we were going to be able to get away for memorial weekend. We found 1 place available in wrightsville beach . I contacted Bryant Realty and spoke with Tate who was absolutely awesome!! We had a special need for our dogs and she took care of it and helped us complete our reservation!! I was very impressed with her and Bryant Realty and can’t wait to meet her in a few weeks!!!! Highly recommend them!!!!!

Rented sunrise Balcony in Carolina Beach 8/23 thru 8/27. Upon arrival to the unit we discovered the patio door was inoperable & we could not get out onto the balcony . We immediately contacted Bryant real estate. We did not receive any response at all until Monday. They sent out a repair person who supposed repaired the wi-fi situation ( didn’t work) but said he didn’t do repairs on the door. They had contacted a glass company to repair. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME! Halt's Away - Carolina Beach. We drove across country to vacation for 2 nights w/ our son & family, but spent most of the time cleaning & washing bedding / blankets. Upon arrival it was clear that the home HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED since the previous guests. STRIKE ONE! We rented Fisher Cottage -9-23-9-27-19. Very disappointed- large cockroaches everywhere I could not sleep. Coffeemaker did not work never found washer or dryer. When I told Bryant realty they just said thanks for telling us. I feel a refund should be given. Vanessa Reid
To summarize for vacationers - the location & place itself is great, but my overall interactions w Bryant Real Estate were disastrous. Intracoastal Realty has properties in the same building if you're in love w the location, but don't want to chance having the type of interaction I did w Bryant Real Estate.
