From what I saw and understood, this property does not offer the level of quality or management expected for the high prices. There are ongoing concerns around maintenance, noise, and conditions that did not meet expectations. I would definitely NOT recommend leasing here.
I lived in Apt. #215-Luxury Prices with SUBPAR living- Noise that never ends- above you, below, the sides, the train, the firehouse etc.. , a delivery system that is mostly non functioning, management that does not care, not even a door man or decent amenities for $8000 rent! I lived in Apt. #215 for $8000 a month rent from the buildings opening in November until July, 2025. I moved out after months of unresolved issues, major persistent noise disturbances, lack of responsiveness from management, never - ending delivery issues, "demands to remain silent, even a cease and desist from their Attorney demanding we not say or post anything negative, rather than address the problems". A lot of litter around the area. Walls are thin as paper and have had multiple rude interactions with management
Extremely over priced for the elevator being broken almost every other day having to carry my groceries up the stairs and footsteps and slamming from neighbors not allowing me to sleep
