I lived in Apt. 215 and this was the most stressful and unlivable building I’ve ever lived in. Noise was constant and extreme — pounding, running, stomping, talking, and disturbances from the unit above and nearby units at all hours. The walls and floors felt paper-thin. If you enjoy constant loud noise and unreliable delivery services, then Bryant Plaza might be the place for you. Located next to the train station, you can be sure that the sound of trains is always present, and the noise from neighboring units from all directions is just as bothersome. The management company is uncaring and unhelpful, adding to the frustration. Despite its prime location, the lack of amenities and these significant drawbacks make it grossly overpriced for what it offers. I definitely don’t recommend it.

I lived in Apt. #215-Luxury Prices with Subpar living- Noise that never ends- above you, below, the sides, the train, the firehouse etc.. , a delivery system that is mostly non functioning, management that does not care, not even a door man or decent amenities for $8000 rent! Maintenance issues ongoing, - All Negative reviews are 100 percent true (including the 2 very negative, factual and Honest long reviews by Tenants that magically got removed) Renting this place was an epically bad decision- many unexpected issues happen... read more

From the moment I moved in, it became clear that the construction quality and finishes are extremely cheap. You can hear everything—footsteps from the unit above, neighbors opening and closing their sun shades, and constant noises traveling through the walls. Outside noise is just as bad, with trains, buses, and even the nearby fire station making it almost impossible to get any peace and quiet.
