I lived in Apt. #215 for $8000 a month rent from the buildings opening in November until July, 2025. I moved out after months of unresolved issues, major persistent noise disturbances, lack of responsiveness from management, never - ending delivery issues, "demands to remain silent, even a cease and desist from their Attorney demanding we not say or post anything negative, rather than address the problems".
