I was sold a coil and condenser combo with 2 different suction line port sizes. I went back to get a new unit that would have the same suction line ports. They insisted they do not even have a coil that will fit the 7/8 condenser they have given me. They told me I should reduce the line down to 3/4. They said they use advise people to reduce and use 3/4 copper to 'save money" against useing the correct 7/8 Lineset. I couldn't believe they said that. Save money and do the job incorrect?
