Very nice people
I sent messages about an electric wheelchair they have on market place got two different messages with different answers about the same wheel chair then asked if it was a scam bc my questions weren't being answered and got blocked and accused of having a bad day??? No wonder they have only 3 in ratings do not recommend buying from here when they aren't willing to answer questions and then block you for asking them to answer the questions asked! The lady that was messaging me was Dawn!
Looks like no one has time to look at the reviews and answer for themselves or make a phone call..lol..because all of the replies or replicas printed by a computer, I persume, would be embarrassed to be the girl dumb enough to let them put my photo beside such craziness, they definitely don't even take the time to look for a fax just like they didn't when they did prescription orders but at least back then it was so busy that they had an halfway excuse but what's the problem now they aren't ripping off us older people and th... read more
Had a sleep study done and my doctor put in an order for a cpap machine. There have been some issues with cpaps, recalls, etc, and Bryant's did call saying they were waiting on about 10 machines, that it might take some time due to the backlog. A month and a half later I decided to call for an update. I was told they decided to get out of the cpap business and they were sorry.
