This place does not stand behind the products they sell. Bought a hospital bed from them, and the head rest motor tore up. I contacted them and and they told it was a $ 25 fee just to come out and see that it was tore up. And then I was responsible for the paying for the part to fix the bed. And on top of that I was to be charged $75 an hour to get it fixed. Picked up a rollawalker several weeks ago which looked great and as far as I knew the one I received was just standard height. Turns out it was A bit short for me but when I picked it up no conversion(s) regarding size ever occurred. One lady sat behind a desk only handing the paperwork it appears while a much younger lady had me looking at units on the floor.
