I have been a patient here for more than 10 years and I am grateful to have them in our community. The physicians and nurses are kind, caring, people who listen to your concerns and work with you to live a healthy life.
My friend has had nothing but issues since going here the woman at the front desk is a liar claims to be a nurse they have had 21 days to complete paperwork from Sedgwick but they have apparently lost it or don’t care to do it they are denying getting the fax when I even hand delivered w the paperwork to them do better ppl
They open at 8AM, yet I didn't get called in for my 9AM appointment until sometime after 9:30. Fortunately, it wasn't a huge inconvenience for me this time, but how do they get so behind in the first hour? The staff were very nice, and the Doctors are top notch. I know some appointments can run long, but when it happens more often than not, one starts to wonder if they value my time as much as I value theirs.
