The staff at Bryant Medical Clinic is wonderful! Stephanie Farmer APRN and her nurse Mindy make the perfect team. The patient portal gives access to ask them questions, review test results, and gives a complete we synopsis of every visit.
When you go see the Dr. and he gives you medicine and tells you to call if it doesn't work, well good luck with that. I called 3 times and was left on hold until I couldn't wait any longer. I sent a message through the patient portal and again sent 3 messages and no response, even though the portal said I would receive a response within 2 business days, it's been 1 week and still no call back or any type of message. They are down to 3 people, the office never answers the phone and I can never get a same day appointment anymore. Currently I'd have to wait 4 DAYS for a sick appointment. Looking for recommendations for somewhere more reasonable. If you don't have enough staff, hire more?
