I missed the appt. bc I was in the hospital and extremely confused with severe dehydration and only 30% kidney function. Plus I had taken you really bad fall and re-injured my pre-existing injuries to my spine and the nerves down my right leg as well as my neck and head. So I didn’t even realize I had missed an appointment until today. I tried to call today to apologize but so far no one has returned my call so I can reschedule. Since I haven’t heard back from them.
