He seems very nice. Professional and knowledgeable.
Took care of the visit, very nicely and all of our concerns.
Dr. Kao takes his time to listen to every concern then gives you best way to handle whatever is going on. He makes time for you and gives the reason behind why something might work or not. The front staff is good too. Sometimes doctors offices dont have the greatest front staff which looks poorly on the doctor. But his front staff is attentive and on point.
