Quack company
Waited two and a half months for siding repairs to just be told they could not do it. They were nice enough to communicate this over email at 9:30pm. Very personable. I have no issues with a company not being able to do work but this could have been communicated much sooner. Especially when two weeks ago we were "next week" until the project was to start. Would not recommend.
So we had to total redo of the roof with some of the wood being replaced as well back in Dec.2020. The whole process was frustrating as none of the subcontractors spoke English! But now we have a issue of a few rows of shingles that have popped up seems to be at the ends of the wood they replaced! Called and was given a Email to send pictures and info of my issue. Did that left a voicemail as well and still no response! Idk why nationwide has them listed as their recommended company to which they guarantee their work?!? Gues... read more
