Dr. Chu is a Real Dr. He is capable of differential diagnosis. When I had been branded a hypochondriac, complainer, at other facilities....( turns out I had a tumor they missed), and because of the disrespectful behavior at me, triggered ptsd which dysregulated my entire nervous system!, Dr Chu recognized this and got me the medical care I needed. I've always had a positive experience. Even though I rarely go, the Dr. And staff remember me, and that's comforting these days where most places you're just a number.
My husband and I just relocated from Tampa Florida and are currently residing in Saline County. We wanted to find a family practice/general practitioner that was conveniently located to us. However, my first experience was less than acceptable or what you would expect as a first time patient. I knew something was off when during my visit the doctor only spoke to me and before he was about to walk out I asked if he was going to check my heartbeat or anything. I have been a patient of Dr. Chu since his practice began at Bryant Family Clinic. He is excellent. He listens. His actions and medical advice has been both professional and spot on to help with my particular situation. His staff are always very friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. The wait time for my appointment to be evaluated is almost always 15 - 20 minutes max. The clinic staff are very efficient and always in a very good mood.
I will not recommend. The first visit went well, but the second visit was okay. It all started when I received my labs and instead of a call to explain the results to me, Morgan just wrote a vague note in the chart that I sign into online. I then decided to call and speak to a nurse or Morgan, which I spoke to the nurse and she seems as if she didn’t want to or couldn’t answer any questions about my lab, but instead was able to have Morgan give her permission to send prescriptions to the store, ONLY because I asked about it.... read more
