Dr. Chu is the best! He is very detailed. Im the type of patient that never comes in until I have a list of reasons to come in. He listened patiently for all my problems. He never seems to over diagnose or asks for more or unnecessary tests. I appreciate his calm demeanor and recommend him to everyone!
I take a medication that is not safe to stop abruptly. I wasn’t able to come in for a while due to a small owed balance I haven’t been able to pay yet. I ran out of refills on this medication and was told over the phone that until I could pay the small amount of money owed (WELL under $100) and came in for another appointment that they would not call me in any other refills despite the fact that it is expressly unsafe to stop this medicine cold turkey. I started out very thankful for Dr Chu but now I would not recommend you choose this Practice. If you have any kind of respiratory issues you’re not even allowed in the building. You have to come to the parking lot where your spoken to briefly outside, you are not checked for any vital signs and you might get a prescription called in and of course your charged for a full office visit. Find a more hands on physician.
Awful!!! New patient - I came early as instructed with my baby and ALL her things in tow. As I check in, they inform me that they do not accept my insurance. They are listed as providers on my insurance website so I didn't expect there to be any issues. I was told I would need to pay for a full price visit since my insurance isnt accepted to which I said, sorry, but no, in principle, but also because I would need lab work etc. A normal clinic would understand and send me on my way, but they insisted that I pay full price for... read more
