I’ve had many ongoing issues with my BD loupes. Firstly, I ordered graphite coloured frames and I was sent gold..? I initially bought the wireless loupes but they were glitchy so I felt forced to switch to wired. My left and right lenses were out of alignment. My initial working length was incredibly long (to the point where I couldn’t use them) but the first rep I spoke to insisted they got it correct.
