Not like they need any more high praise but Bryant always knocks it out the park with their excellent customer service. Had an issue with my fairly new loupes recently and had great experience throughout- from their whatsapp help chat with Louise and a facetime call with Kirsty to adjust them, as well as the high quality of the loupes craftsmanship and fast turnaround of the repair. Then a thoughtful box of goodies. They really are above and beyond caring for their clients. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
