Outstanding service and quality work fixing my rock chips.
Never trust this place with your car repairs. The staff are rude, communication is poor, and I feel like I was repeatedly given false information. I honestly don’t know what to do, but I’m sharing my experience in the hope that others can avoid going through the same frustration. I thought they would do a great job, but unfortunately, my experience turned into a nightmare. Dream Collision is that rare body shop that can meet your needs and price point wherever you're at. When I went to them after a minor rear-end collision, they gave me one of my insurance estimates to get the car back to A+ condition. When the insurance company totaled our perfectly-good car anyway (?!!?) I went back with the buyback and a different ask: Can we just make this safe/functional and look ok?
