Dream Collision is that rare body shop that can meet your needs and price point wherever you're at. When I went to them after a minor rear-end collision, they gave me one of my insurance estimates to get the car back to A+ condition. When the insurance company totaled our perfectly-good car anyway (?!!?) I went back with the buyback and a different ask: Can we just make this safe/functional and look ok? My little brother took his car in after he hit an animal on the highway. He needed the bumper replaced and a few parts on the driver’s side. They kept the car, then told him the part wouldn’t be in for three days. Highly inconvenient but whatever, he made it through the week without the car. He picked it up tonight, and while the bumper is replaced, the car is still overheating and there’s a small coolant leak somewhere.
