Don’t ever use this bank to close on a house! My son did and they pushed closing back several times. Called continuously for documents that they already had been given. Even after closing they got a call about insurance on their new house. They were so unorganized it was pathetic. What a nightmare!
I have banked with Bryant for 10 years and have never once had an issue. Allison, the branch manager is one of the kindest people. Bryant will always have my business! :)
I called the main phone number trying to get in touch with one of the bank executives. I was told by Allison that he was at the Tuscaloosa branch and I would have to call him there. I ask if she could give me the number for the Tuscaloosa branch and was told she did have it, and I could Google it and hung up. What's happened to service?
