If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé dropped his Volkswagen Passat off almost 9 days ago for a diag. After going 8 almost 9 days with no communication from them, we went to pick it up. It was in the same spot the whole time. Once he gets the keys we ask about the warranty paperwork (as he just bought this car 2-3 weeks ago and hasn’t driven it but home from the dealership and to drop it off here) and it turns out they lost it entirely. My Volkswagen Passat sat in their parking lot for 8 days waiting on a diagnosis for a warranty job. Upon dropping the car off, Todd explained it may or may not be fixable there. I understood and took it anyways since it was recommended from the dealer I purchased it from. Adam, one of the technicians spoke to me and tried to deny even looking at it since it is a Volkswagen. Needed an oil pump replacement on my work truck. The Guys at Bryant Auto Repair handled everything very professionally. My warranty company held things up a bit but Todd and Adam kept me well informed and assured every step of the way. —THANKS GUYS
