From my experience with people I suspected these people would be horrible and they definitely are. They have a horrible process that eliminates the customer from the process. I was a customer of another accounting & tax firm down in Beatrice for about 10 years, until they were bought out by Bryant & associates. I filed my taxes with Bryant for about 5 years I believe. What really disappointed me with Bryant is there no longer any face to face interaction. I used to sit down and go over the numbers with my CPA in person and would have E-filing done just a couple days after my appointment.
