I'm Executor for my mother's estate in Albany county NY and have a house to sell that was vacant. Dana put in the effort to look for a insurance company that would take the risk. Edit after World Insurance acquisition: I require frequent certificates of insurance for my business. Often the difference between landing a client or not hinges on whether I can get a COI the same day. World Insurance has frequent delays with with submitting their COIs. The current one I am waiting on took 3 business days and was incorrect when it was finally provided, even after providing World Insurance with a very specific example COI.
