I called them to do some work on my stove. I took some time off of work to make sure I was home when their technician came. The tech looked at my stove for all of 2 seconds and called his company and told them that the stove was "already torn apart." In fairness to the tech I did take the back off of the stove to look at the wires inside but I could have put the screws back in in 10 minutes.
