I will never buy a Bryant again. I've had three major issues in the 1st five years causing me over $2000 in labor cost. Terrible unit I received. It's a lemon . I'm sure Bryant will see this and laugh it off.
We bought and had Taylor Service put in August of 2023, so the other day it was turned off completely, the compressor blew up. We live in Texas it’s hot here, so we called Tylor Service and they talked to carrier and Bryant company about the warranty, they said 7 to 10 days for a compressor. That was is unexceptionable in the Texas heat.So Taylor Service but us a new unit at there cost. Bryant and Carrier doesn’t back there units at all. Very disappointed.
Two capacitors and one motor fan went out in 3 years .No warranty covered the labor..Horrible!!!!
