My husband died one year ago, on this day. He complained of chest pain for a year..the only tests preformed was a stress test, that was normal and an echocardiogram that they wanted to repeat yearly. Dr. Self should have performed a cardiac catherization! I know this because my husband had a friend who is a cardiologist, who I should have called during the last year of his life. Shame on you Dr. Self for being so selfish! Karma will get you.
Very pleasant visit, all my concerns were discussed and will be doing a follow up visit.
Always great experience with Dr. Self. I feel very blessed to have a cardiologist that not only takes care of my heart issues but cares about my broken heart as well. I appreciate his genuine concern for my well-being. So glad God called him to help and minister to his patients! Prayers for Dr Self and all the Carilion Cardiology Team. Y'all are the best!
