I am writing regarding the recent repair service on my John Deere S100 mower. When I brought the mower in, I specified that it would not start and that a faulty cable and spring were preventing the PTO from shutting off. However, after the mower was dropped off two weeks later, these exact issues remain unresolved. Given that the requested repairs were not successfully completed, I request a prompt update on how you intend to resolve this matter, including the option of a full refund.
Bryan was great. Honest and friendly. Recommend for any small engine repairs. They also are a Uhaul hub.
Bryan is always very helpful and reasonable. I never take my mowers to anyone else!
