We were new to using a Pellet Stove and had Brian's come out to clean and inspect it and they did a great job. They went above and beyond showing us how it worked and what to do to get the most out of it. Very trustworthy and our stove runs great now! Definitely will use again.

Called in September and was given an appointment at the end of November. No show on that day. Called to see what happened and to reschedule. No answer and left a message. No call back. Took a half day at work to be there for my appointment. Great business model. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Was able to schedule and receive great service the same week from another company.
By providing customers with formal quotes for services. When I asked for a quote on parts and a service for which a $500 deposit was required, I was very quickly dismissed and told that he was no longer interested in servicing my stove.
