Long post. Stick with me and you will save yourself a ton of money, stress and time!! If I could give Bryan less than 1 star I would. We knew Bryan for 9-10 years before starting this project. My husband trusted him. HUGE mistake!!! Bryan was supposed to install a pool, paver patio around the pool, a fence, irrigation, landscaping, pool cover, fire pit, grill area, wall with lights and build a pool house. Terrible customer service, rude from the very beginning. Bryan first gave an extremely inflated quote, without even coming to look at the property. Upon contacting him back, (to ask why his quote was more than 3 times higher than any we had seen) Bryan became insulting and argumentative and even let us know we weren't worth the 40 min drive to even look at the project. Awful experience, we will never use them.
