Got my dining room table this morning. Very beautiful. Can't beat the wonderful customer service provided. Thank you so very much!
Bought a couch and a dining table and chairs from them. Table was floor model that had a broken piece (due to order times being 6 months). They offered to replace the whole folding piece but when the woodworking guy came to fix it, the correction was not what was discussed. When I called to confirm, she got rude and said that they would just come pick up the table and chairs. Who treats customers like that?
