Very rude. Every time I have spoken with them it has been the worst most rudest customer service. They do not know how to talk to people they may not be able to help. They always say what the need to in the most rudest way possible and then slam the phone down in your face like they aren’t even speaking to a human. If you want good customer service but have a complex credit situation, I would say look elsewhere. They will make you feel worse about it then you already do.
This is not a great place to get a car from. I don’t even have my car for that long. I just had my car for like 3months and it’s already broke and is in the shop right now and I got warranty. I should have a rental car.
I purchased vehicle from Bryan’s car corner. From the time I walked in the experience was fantastic. They didn’t try to upsell me. Answered all my questions. Eric sells person was awesome. I highly recommend them.
