RecommendedAmazing people!! Now I know why the shop has been in our town for so long! We just upgraded my husband’s 1990 mountain bike LOL and they were fantastic! We visited a few times and tried out all kinds of bikes. They even had me take an Ebike for a spin which was awesome! I see one in my future!!! What a great store in our small town. Friendly staff, ample showroom, and selection of gadgets. While I wound up buying my new Trek from another dealer who had the model and color I wanted that was discontinued so Bryan's couldn't accommodate me. I really appreciate the knowledge and general regard for my needs that Mark from BB showed me. Easy going, thorough, & he made every effort to get me riding and happy. I will definitely utilize our local bike shop as needed in the future, without hesitation. These guys are fab.
Had a custom fitting done for Trek FX1 and what an amazingly great experience! The whole process was way beyond fascinating and educational plus... my bike is exponentially more comfortable to ride! The price for the fitting actually seems low compared to the value it delivered. If you're at all on the fence about whether or not to have a fitting done so thinking about it and do it! You can thank me for the recommendation later! 😉
Popped in to replace a flat tube, left with a wealth of knowledge, lubed chain and even an adjustment on one of our rear racks. Mark was incredibly helpful, polite and went out of his way to help us. Thanks Mark. We are definitely more hopeful of making Seattle now!
Just picked up a Trek Domane AL3 from Mark & Frank. I must say there customer service and attention to detail is the best around. One of the best bike shops in the Hudson Valley.
I highly recommend Bryan's Bikes. I had an idea of the bike I wanted for my 17 year old son. Frank provided options based on his expertise and what kind of riding my son does. Frank helped me stay within my budget and my son now has a beautiful bike.
