We had Walt come to help us tow a vehicle from Publix parking lot to my moms house a few blocks away. He was extremely professional. He got cursed out by some "old lady" who asked him to move so she could get out. He politely said he would only take a moment and be out of her way. She came back calling him an "mfer" and procedded to curse him out the whole 5 mins it took to pull the van out of the parking space. He kept his cool, and continued to be polite. At least in their towing, very quick for 6:30 in the AM. Friendly and took care of my fiancé's car. Short distance, so it was $55 which is very reasonable! If I ever need a tow (which I'm hoping not anytime soon) I would gladly use again!
