Dr. Whitfield is the best! He took his time and explained everything thoroughly of what I needed to know about my surgery. His bedside manner was very good. Also, his staff was very professional and very helpful.
I met Dr.Whitfield for the first time as I was literally going into surgery to have my appendix removed, an hour away from home. He was amazing! For someone who was sent immediately to an ER with little knowledge of exactly what was going on and why my appendix needed to be removed immediately, he made me feel completely comfortable and at peace going into surgery. What a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly. I had to wait a little extra, but everyone was very apologetic and kind. The doctor was easy to understand, took time to fully explain, gave me options, listened to my concerns, and had very respectful bedside manner. I would highly recommend this office!
