Awful customer service. We’ve been trying to get our trash can delivered since April 30th and just now found out today (May 9th) that they never submitted the request for a trash can to be delivered to Public Works. On May 2nd we were promised the trash can would be delivered by today. My wife also called to get me added to our account so I could talk to them but apparently they didn’t add any of my info to our account. Terrible customer service and experience. I set up my derive to start on April 30th and called on May 2nd to ask when our trash can would be delivered and was told it would be delivered by May 9th. I called today (May 9th) to ask if our trash can would still be getting delivered since they closed in an hour.
