I had a dead tree fall onto a power line and called BTU for help. Ryan and Ruben came out quickly on a Sunday afternoon and did an amazing job removing the tree from the line and making sure everything was safe. They were professional, helpful, and courteous from start to finish. They are a true example of what good customer service looks like. I’m so thankful for their quick response and hard work. Big shout out to Ryan and Ruben at BTU! You guys are appreciated!
This company is literally ripping people off their monopolizing the electricity rates luckily this is all changing soon this should be criminal. This company’s been ripping people off for years. All my other friends have $200 summer heat bills mine is over 400. I hope they all get sued.
Wonderful service
