The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company. We had auto pay set and it worked for the first 8 months of our lease, after that they shut off our power with 0 notifications. When we called they say they sent a letter the day before, but clearly gave no time for it to actually be delivered. Then after resetting up auto pay, they did the exact same thing 3 months later, claiming we never had auto pay set up. Horrible customer service, horrible company awful experience all around.

These people don't know what they are doing. I submitted the application for the service, and I even got an approval & confirmation email from them for the service that I requested. However, I still don't have power in my house under this summer heat. No AC, no refrigerator, nothing.

Your driver is crossing over the solid white lines this morning, almost causing Rex. Nowhere to complaint when I called your phone number.
