Fast service love it..
This company is ridiculous. It operates like its 1985 and there are only 10k residents in the city. Outdated payment methods and zero desire to join us in the 21st century. At least their phone agents are nice, I can only imagine the abuse they receive due to this company's outdated business practices.
Kudos to BTU and Bob that answered the after hours emergency phone number. We had a water leak in the house and needed to turn off the water at the meter and it was almost midnight last night and thank you to Bob who told me what to look for and how to turn the water off!!
