Service intake dude lied to us about applying two discount coupons, and his co-workers refused to honor that when we came to pay. The prices quoted are crazy high almost to the point of insulting. Really? They think it's worth $60-80 for changing a cabin air filter? (They'll tell you it's needed even if you changed it 24 hours prior...) Only Subaru dealer in Greater New Orleans area, so unless you can find a suitable alternative or local mechanic, tough luck. Great customer friendly service.
I've had my Outback since 2019, and I get all my service done there... the service department at Bryan is great. Pricing is competitive and I know the service is done right. Everyone is friendly and the waiting area is nice. Jason and Richard are great, I feel well taken care of there.
Jeff and staff were very professional and helpful. Jeff assisted me with troubleshooting a technical problem and assured me of follow up
I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Crosstrek from Damien. He was very helpful and not pushy about making the sale. Highly recommended!
