We were so impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Bryan Smith and his paralegal Nikki. There was never a phone call made to him that was not returned promptly by him or his assistant. The office staff not only takes a thorough message so that the answer needed is ready by the time the phone call is returned, the courtesy extended to us always made us feel important as well.
