Bryan Rowe provided excellent service, experienced, with a great range of high quality frames at reasonable prices - great value. Highly recommended. Far, far better than my previous optometrist.
In February 2024 I took two of my own frames to Bryan Rowe Optometry for new reading glasses. I was charged $338 per pair for lenses. I thought this was quite expensive, considering I had provided my own frames. It was explained to me that this price included the application of a protective coating. Within the twelve month period when I believed the lenses to be under warranty, I phoned to advise that there appeared to be a rub mark on the left lens of one pair. I highly recommend this practice. Dr Rowe is attentive and patient and spend lots of time making sure my prescription was right. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and they have fit me in for last-minute repairs and a referral for laser surgery.
Dr Bryan fixed my broken sunglasses in a quick and professional manner, only charging me very little for his great work! It had been restored as an new one. A little while ago, I chatted with him in person and he did shared me his great family histories as both his father and Grand dad had served our country during wars.
